I had a great experience with Classic Collision in Roswell! They did an excellent job repairing my Kia after an accident, and I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were throughout the entire process. They made sure everything was repaired correctly and even came in over the weekend to complete the recalibration so my car was safe and ready to go. It’s hard to find an auto body repair shop in Roswell that you can truly trust, but Classic Collision exceeded my expectations. The quality of their collision repair, communication, honesty, and attention to detail were all outstanding. I would definitely recommend Classic Collision Roswell to anyone needing reliable Kia collision repair or auto body repair in Roswell!

Taking my car to Class Collision after the accident was truly a great experience. They were so kind, very welcoming, and exceptionally communicative. They were always on time, punctual, and truly everything you could hope for when getting your car repaired. I felt completely at ease because they took care of everything—keeping in touch with the insurance after I told them where I was going. The staff was fantastic—especially the receptionist, who was so sweet, patient, and understanding. Throughout the process, I worked closely with Michael, who kept me updated every step of the way, and there was another gentleman who also helped, though I can’t recall his name. Overall, it was a fantastic, stress-free experience.

The team is goes above and beyond your expectations. Chad, Mike, and Ms. Nelly were so helpful. You could tell they truly cared not only about your care but you as a customer. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience and results. I took my car in Monday and had it back Friday. They are top tier at what they do and are beyond fair with their price. I had updates all along the way via text and call. If you get in an accident either insured or out of pocket, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Classic Collision. I have experienced both now and have been taken care of each time. I hope I don’t have to come back but if I do I know I will be in great hands.

Outstanding experience having a right side passenger mirror replaced on a Toyota Corolla! Mike gave me an excellent price to replace the damaged side mirror with a Factory Mirror + a precise estimate for painting this mirror to match the car + the installation fee. Every detail was accurate, and easy to understand! I made the decision after getting 3 different estimates to choose Classic Collision in Roswell. The facility manager, Chad, was positive, gracious, and appreciative of my business. The receptionist for this location is Nellie, and she’s personable, with a great attitude and welcoming smile! Mike was outstanding and had everything ready to go for my scheduled installation time + date! Mark completed my work in an extraordinarily speedy time frame and I was on my way as soon as the mirror was installed & tested! I HEARTILY RECOMMEND THE PEOPLE IN THE CLASSIC COLLISION LOCATION!!! Great employees and smooth teamwork = happy clients
